Sunday 27th April 2025 | Open for booking.
By late April, nature has fully emerged from it's long hibernation, a beautiful time of year to set new intentions. The new moon is also known as a powerful to time to initiate beginnings, as the moon begins a new cycle. Two reminders of the cyclical nature of the world we live in, how every end is also a beginning, and how we are able to leave the past behind us and start fresh.
This day retreat will create space for you to step out of your day-to-day routine and encourage you to reflect on what you value most. It will nourish your body and mind, immerse you in nature and leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised.
Join us for a beautiful spring day at Cowdray Hall in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Just over an hour from South West London, yet feels a world away from the city.
"Hannah creates a beautiful day of yoga and relaxation. I felt like I'd stepped off the world for a day and re-entered it feeling grounded and calm. It's a really valuable treat that should be part of a regular ritual. Hannah is warm, friendly, and really good at engaging the group, so we all got to know each other and felt at ease. I highly recommend experiencing this." - Natasha
Yoga will take place in a spacious hall with an impressive vaulted ceiling and gorgeous parquet flooring. The big windows flood the room with natural light. We will start the day with guided journalling and intention setting, then land our interntions in our bodies with a playful Hatha Vinyasa Flow practice - inspired by Moon Salutations - breathwork and meditation. At lunchtime a family-style sharing feast will be provided by The Yellow Kitchen. You can then choose to rest in the hall, mooch around the farm shop and local village or join our guided walk around the stunning Estate to take in the bluebell carpeted woodland, the Queen Elizabeth Oak and Cowdray ruins. In the afternoon we will light the candles for yin yoga, yoga nidra guided relaxation and head massage.
This day retreat is open to all levels, everybody welcome.
